De Tempore – now an authorised „Customer’s Friend“ with excellent customer service.
De Tempore has joined a prestigious certification program Customers’ Friend, and validated the high standards in business and customer service. In an independent ICERTIAS Customers’ Friend survey, Croatian citizens gave De tempore the highest possible score for a superior customer experience and superior customer support.
Zurich, Zagreb, March, 2015 – De tempore enters the year 2015 with an honor awarded by the customers in an on-line survey conducted in February, across Croatia. In an independent ICERTIAS Customers’ Friend survey, Croatian citizens gave De tempore the highest possible score for a superior customer experience and superior customer support. Due to this result, De tempore received the ICERTIAS – Customers’ Friend medal and the label for the highest level of quality and customer experience of five red diamonds with the “PREMIUM SERVICE” label.
De tempore d.o.o. has signed the ICERTIAS Customers’ Friend declaration by the Swiss ICERTIAS – International Certification Association. ICERTIAS – Customers’ Friend certification programs aim to ensure the highest possible standards in the customer experience, and to increase the quality level of customer relationship management. To ensure maximum realisation of their objectives, ICERTIAS, in cooperation with its partners, works on the development and establishment of international standards for valorisation of quality products and services, and measuring the price and quality ratio for each purchase.
De tempore d.o.o. has been founded in 2002, and started its business in the center of Zagreb, introducing the brand Swarovski to the Croatian market.
